Make Up Your Own Mind About Charlottesville’s Infamous Violent Protest

Evidence that shows some strange coincidences about the Charlottesville violence and the leftists collaborating with someone to setup violence to blame on President Trump.

Here is all the evidence I could dig up on the Charlottesville Protest/Rally that happened on the on August 12, 2017 and the ugly racist disgusting march that happened the night before.

There is a ton of information here and I urge you to watch all the videos, look at all the articles and at the end, form your own opinion about what actually happened at the Charlottesville Rally. Don’t just listen to what everyone wants you to believe. Make up your own mind.

(Many of the videos contain harsh language and some violence.)

Before you continue reading you need to hear a truth that so many want to deny.

This rally that happened on Saturday, August 12, 2017 in Charlottesville, Virginia is what the President was talking about when he made ALL of his statements. The event that happened the night before with the disgusting chants, torches and racial supremacy was not what he was commenting on. He was commenting on the violence that happened on Saturday, which was coming from several group from BOTH SIDES, The Alt-Right vile Neo-Nazis AND The-Alt Left, BLM and Antifa. Both groups came to the event with intentions to start trouble. Antifa and BLM brought plenty of ammunition with them, (bottles full of urine, cans full of concrete, aerosol cans to turn into flame throwers etc. you can find most of these videos on YouTube as long as they haven’t been censored.) That should be proof enough that they were planning on a rumble.

Whether you would like acknowledge or not, the videos from the event also show that there was IN FACT peaceful protests also there ON SATURDAY, because at this moment I’m only talking about Saturday, because that is what President Trump was talking about. Most of these peaceful protesters on BOTH SIDES were NOT involved in the violence. I am pretty sure that includes the lady that unfairly lost her life while peacefully standing up for what she believed is right.

President Trump was not condemning peaceful protesters, because they were not involved in the violence. So those who are so offended because they feel like he was condemning the poor woman that died need to stop interpreting it that way. That is NOT what he meant. If you listen to his entire statement you will hear him only condemning violence from those who participated in it.

Once BLM and Antifa got to the rally the police told the “White Supremacists” and other protesters” it was an unlawful protest and then instructed them to walk through the opposition group of BLM and Anitfa, instead of keeping the groups away from each other. The police were told to stand down of any intervention of violence.

For those who want to deny that BLM and Antifa are not violent Alt-Left groups, I can urge you to do some research to find the truth for yourself. These groups justify violence against ANYONE THEY DON’T AGREE WITH. That means everyone that supports President Trump is fair game to them. They claim to only punch Nazis in the face, however they label anyone that doesn’t agree with them as a Nazi. They would punch, me, a 5’3” woman, in the face for wearing a Trump shirt. That is not anti-fascist. IT IS FASCIST & THEY ARE COMMUNISTS.

Charlottesville: What The Mainstream Media Won’t Tell You

**Disclaimer some offensive language and violence**

Now that you have the above information, let’s talk about both Friday, August 11, 2017 and Saturday, August 12, 2017 as a whole.

“Unite the Right” was actually STAGED by the Left?

If the tragic events in Charlottesville this past weekend and the near-immediate cries by the Left and the “mainstream” media within 24 hours to dismantle every enduring vestige of the Old South seem a little too perfectly timed to you, then pat yourself on the back: Your instincts serve you well.

As it turns out, the Charlottesville event itself was set up not by “right-wing racists” but by a Left-wing operative.

In a bombshell report by iBankCoin, the “Unite the Right” event organizer, Jason Kessler, was an “Occupy” movement and Obama supporter just last year.

That’s right; Kessler was reportedly a supporter of President Obama as the far-Left anarchist “Occupy” movement as recently as November 2016, before he established the alleged white supremacist organization “Unity & Security for America.”

As the Southern Poverty Law Center notes:

Rumors abound on white nationalist forums that Kessler’s ideological pedigree before 2016 was less than pure and seem to point to involvement in the Occupy movement and past support for President Obama.

At one recent speech in favor of Charlottesville’s status as a sanctuary city, Kessler live-streamed himself as an attendee questioned him and apologized for an undisclosed spat during Kessler’s apparent involvement with Occupy. Kessler appeared visibly perturbed by the woman’s presence and reminders of their past association.

There is also some speculation that Kessler may have been an assignment editor for CNN five years ago covering the “Occupy” movement.

Here are some samples of evidence:

He definitely wrote for CNN. There are several other stories with his name mentioned. Including this one below.

Cover-up: Here’s what the media won’t say about Charlottesville’s protest organizer

As Rightwingnews.com reports:

Kessler did not become a white supremacist until November of 2016. The timing all by itself is fishy here. He didn’t start his new cause until AFTER Donald Trump was elected President. He also took $1,320 as a consulting fee from a Democratic candidate running for the Senate in 2012. He’s pro-abortion, an environmentalist, a non-interventionist, pro-equality and an atheist, among other things. This guy sounds like someone that should be looked into. I find it very suspicious that a leftist would suddenly join a hate group to stir up chaos on our streets. Or maybe not so much.

“Nothing smells right about any of this,” iBankCoin notes. “In fact, Lee Stranahan has connected the ‘Unite the Right’ rally to an identical Neo-Nazi movement in Ukraine supported by John McCain and Hillary Clinton.”

Lee Stranahan explains how the ritual that was performed on the night before all the violence was actually exactly what happened in the Ukraine when the Obama Administration supported Svoboda’s party. They used a coup to overthrow their leader and instill the leadership supported by Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and John McCain. Svoboda’s party marches with torches and chants “Blood and Soil.” Just like we saw in Charlottesville.

He also points out some other connections and urges views to fact check him. So far everything I’ve looked for checks out. (Some of the connections include,….you guessed it…GEORGE SOROS!)

Blood and Soil was the chant on August 11, 2017 the night before the Unite the Right Rally

George Soros’ Giant Globalist Footprint in Ukraine’s Turmoil March 2014

— it is difficult to view the orchestrated chaos that has been unfolding in Ukraine without recognizing unmistakable evidence that it is being directed along a pre-planned path toward EU-U.S.-Ukraine-Russian convergence. Putin’s role is to rattle the sabers menacingly enough to frighten reluctant Ukraine to join the EU, while also convincing American and EU taxpayers to be forthcoming with the foreign aid and IMF funding that will “rescue” Ukraine and avert a war. And, after things settle down, we will look around to find Putin and his oligarchs carrying on business as usual with the new Ukraine government and its oligarchs, as well as with the Obama administration and “our” oligarchs, including, of course, George Soros.

“People sat up and listened when the Soviet threat was mentioned,” he later said. It taught him a valuable lesson: One way to assure that a viewpoint gets noticed is to cast it in terms of resisting the spread of Communism.”

Now, the point is not that there was no Soviet Communist threat at the time; the threat was definitely real. The point is that McCloy, Acheson, and their CFR cohorts had no intention of fighting communism and they knew that the Marshall Plan was certainly no anti-Communist program. In fact, it transferred billions of dollars from American taxpayers into the coffers of Europe’s socialist parties and politicians, and especially into the movements to create the European Coal and Steel Community, the nascent seed of the European Union.

It is not mere coincidence that George Soros and other globalists are invoking the Marshall Plan and Cold War rhetoric today, and citing Putin’s revived Soviet-style militarism, to sell their latest EU-IMF convergence gambit. It has worked for them many times in the past. So, for weeks we have been treated to the incredibly odd spectacle of George Soros, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, Ivo Daalder, et al, and the denizens of the New York Times, the Washington Post, CNN, and PBS vying for the honor of claiming Joe McCarthy’s mantle.

Will we fall for it again? Americans would be wise to call a halt to this orchestrated rush to push Ukraine into the arms of Manuel Barroso, Mario Draghi, and Christine Lagarde — and to stick us, and the Ukrainian people, with the bill.–

Jason Kessler the organizer of the “Unite the Right” Rally in Charlottesville, Virginia

https://youtu.be/WJcp9RpP090

Days before the protest city wants to move protesters of the Robert E. Lee Statue coming down to a different park. One that has nothing to do with their protest. WHY?

Police Stand Down???

There is so much controversy surrounding the actual event and especially the violence, which was “allowed” to not only get out of hand but ultimately lead to three deaths: One protest participant and a pair of Virginia state troopers.

Police appeared to stand down and allow the violence to happen.

The Daily Wire reports:

The sheer violence and extremism on display in Charlottesville shocked the nation, and politicians all over the spectrum issued strong condemnations of the rally.

Foremost among them were Democratic Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe and Democratic Charlottesville Mayor Mike Signer.

McAuliffe issued a strong denunciation of the alt-right and the rally violence on Saturday, telling white nationalists there was “no place for you in America.”

Signer sought to place the blame for the alt-right rally on President Trump, declaring that the supposed empowerment of racism “goes right to the doorstep of the president and the people around him who chose to dance with the devil in their presidential campaign.”

We all know President Trump has never supported any hate groups. (RELATED: Charlottesville Dem Mayor Blames Trump For Unrest)

Both of these Democratic leaders were praised by the media for their response to the violence that unfolded. But, interestingly enough, few reporters are asking them about their responsibility in letting Charlottesville turn into a battlefield between political extremists.

Law enforcement was on hand at the dueling demonstrations, decked out in riot gear and looking prepared for the worst. Except they weren’t allowed to do their job. Police on the scene were reported to have been ordered to “not intervene until given command to do so,” according to the ACLU.

This allowed things to escalate as far as they did. Had they been actively intervening and arresting people then maybe the people injured and that died would not have.

When police were ordered to disperse the alt-right rally, that act directed the white nationalists into the antifa demonstrators, leading to further street brawls. Police didn’t seem to try to get in between the two groups or suppress the fights.

Police: “Charlottesville, An Inside Job!”

As ProPublica reported, state police and National Guardsmen mostly stood aside and watched as the violence grew worse. (An eyewitness account from their reporter A.C. Thompson.)

This appears to be a direct result of what appears to be a stand down order from higher-ups.

Virginia State Police: There Were No Weapons Caches Hidden in Charlottesville, Despite Governor’s Claims

Charlottesville Rally Organizer Goes Into Hiding

…..his group is not a collection of white supremacists, but rather a “civil rights group.” A graduate of the University of Virginia, Kessler said he voted for Barack Obama in 2008 and once attended an Occupy Wall Street rally in Charlottesville.

What he objects to are the identity politics of today. “Some are the discriminatory policies of affirmative action, college admissions, history books being rewritten, blaming American whites for slavery,” when it was a worldwide institution, he said, pointing out that “every culture had slavery.”

According to a Fox News report, prior to last Saturday’s rally, he prepared for the event by meeting with Charlottesville police several times and was even assigned a police liaison. He says the liaison went over the city’s safety plan with him, and let him see it but would not let him photograph it. He said that the captain “let slip” that in preparation for the rally, the city and police “did not use government servers because they did not want to get FOIA’d” — referring to avoidance of a Freedom of Information Act request.

(THAT doesn’t sound FISHY at all. **SARCASM!**)

“I’ve done nothing wrong,” Kessler said, noting that he has received no calls and no visits from police or federal investigators since the rally.

He further revealed that police had given the nationalists a specific entry way to the park, but that as they arrived at the park at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, the road to that entrance was blocked by police. The caravan of shuttle buses that the nationalists had rented had to detour to the opposite side of the park, where most of the Antifa demonstrators were positioned. And that was when the real trouble began.

According to Kessler, his group was forced to pass through Antifa, Black Lives Matter, and other opponents at close range.

The body armor, clubs and helmets his people wore during the rally were strictly defensive, “for our own safety,” he said.

The question is, why?

Why would cops intentionally be ordered to stand down rather than step up and intervene before the situation got completely out of hand (which it soon did when a car driven by an alleged white supremacist rammed into a crowd of people, killing one person and injuring 20-plus more). (Related: George Soros’ attempt to start a Left-wing revolution will end badly when Patriots step up to defend liberty.)

And why now? Why weren’t these historic reminders of offensiveness an issue all throughout President Obama’s term? Or even before that? Did everyone just now notice them?

Or perhaps a more appropriate question is, Who benefits from this melee? Because it certainly isn’t President Trump, conservatives, southern sympathizers, whites or anyone who isn’t a far-Left Marxist.

Events this weekend appear to be just the latest salvo in a widening culture war led by Left-wing revolutionary types who are determined to keep us angry, divided and fighting each other rather than uniting to solve problems and issues all of us are dealing with.

The purpose? First to keep our attention away from the many democrat related scandals that the media is hardly reporting on and divert or attention from what ever else they are up to.

Second, to make sure President Trump fails. Not only so his agenda doesn’t get implemented, that he won’t be reelected, and so they can possible get him impeached somehow, but also so that they can say that they were right about him all along.

When it comes to the Left’s political objectives, nothing is ever as it seems.

My best advice at this point is to cool our tempers on both sides and stop playing right into these disgusting elitists hands. We know we always have our Second Amendment to fall back on. Prepare yourself to protect yourself! We don’t need to participate in their violent narrative unless we absolutely have to protect ourselves. Otherwise they can keep exposing themselves as the violent ones.

THEY WILL NOT BE TAKING MY PRESIDENT!

The tough part is conservative voices, sites, blogs and vlogs are being silenced all over the place. So share what you know. Be sceptical of EVERYTHING YOU SEE AND HEAR! Even me! Check what I’ve told you. Research, watch live feeds and full conferences. Please watch all the videos I’ve posted for you hear and read all the articles. Don’t let the media filter your information. That’s what they are counting on, our gullibility. Don’t always believe the fact checking sites. They are already denying all the evidence I just showed you.

I know this all sounds like a crazy conspiracy theory, but from what I’ve seen it isn’t. I saw all the live streaming during the Charlottesville Riot and President Trump was right. There was terrible violence being committed on both sides. There were also normal protesters there on both sides. The police were standing around like statues with riot gear on and all the eyewitness accounts lineup. Alt-Rightists were even being prevented from leaving after they had been pushed into the opposition protest crowds!

The left seems to be confused about ANTIFA and BLM being hate groups. They see them as heroes punching Nazis, but what they don’t understand is they commit violence against anyone they don’t agree with. (Hopefully I can find time to compile that evidence for you soon as well. But YouTube is a good place to search and see for yourself.)

Leaks are BAD! M’Kay?

leakers
On Friday August 4, 2017 Attorney General Sessions announced that there will now be a HUGE initiative to crackdown on LEAKS

I love this guy! Finally someone is going to call a plumber! This Administration is drowning in leaks!

A.G. Jeff Sessions said, “the culture of leaking must stop.”

Since January, Jeff Sessions said the Justice Department has “more than tripled the number of active leak investigations, as compared to the number pending at the end of the Obama administration.”

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ct0IZmDtEQM

Press briefing on the investigation into leaks of classified material

A.G. Sessions announces the DOJ’s plans to pursue the staggering amount of illegal leaks of classified information happening. Already 4 people have been charged. He warns all that are participating in leaks to beware, the DOJ and FBI are watching, so don’t do it. The press must think twice before printing these leaks because they are putting lives in danger, and hindering our country’s ability to have relationships with the rest of the world.

Why are leaks bad?

Not everyone seems to agree that leaks are bad. (Just ask Maxine Waters.)

THEY ARE BAD.

There is a big difference between what we call “Whistleblowing” and “Leaking”.

“Whistleblowing” is only bad for the persons that are being told on. It exposes illegal behavior so that the corruption can stop.

A whistleblower is a person who exposes any kind of information or activity that is deemed illegal, unethical, or not correct within an organization that is either private or public.

“Leaking” is a deliberate release of information, usually sensitive and/or classified meant to paint a person, persons or group/company/organization/government in a very bad light, with no real evidence or confirmation that something illegal actually happened, usually by anonymous sources or sources and information that can not be authentically confirmed.
(There isn’t much reason to leak good information, normally people just make that public anyway…)

Leaks don’t have to be completely true or true at all, and many times it’s half truths spun in a way to look very negative. They are usually classified information so they can’t be clarified and/or corrected, so the many who hear these leaks end up believing them as truth. (This is a form of “fake news”, ….half-truth classified leaks, that can’t be debunked, because the information can’t be talked about.)

Leaking is used as a weapon in politics, business, and journalism. Negative information gets much more attention than positive information, because most people feel better about themselves when they read, hear or see that someone else is doing worse off than they are.

Leaks are designed to imply negativity or the possibility of crimes, but with no  absolute evidence. More so than not there are no victims, it’s only an implication designed to erode confidence in the subject. This is why they work so well as a weapon in politics and business.

Leaking can be extremely dangerous when involving government confidentiality regarding war, undercover law enforcement, foreign policy and relationships, and other sensitive and confidential information.

The Importance of Stopping Leaks

Kellyanne Conway said finding leakers is easier than leakers think. She might be right.

“I think it’s easier to figure out who’s leaking than some of the leakers realize,” Conway said.

Step 1: Find a pool of suspects
Step 2: Shrink your pool using digital tools
Step 3: Subpoena and grab personal data
Step 4: Question and prosecute

Attorney Jay Sekulow provides EVIDENCE Obama set up coup against Trump

17 days before Barack Obama was to leave office on January 3, 2017, he set up the Trump administration for leaks by issuing Executive Order 12333, under section 2.3 specifically, also approved by Attorney General Loretta Lynch, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and the National Security Advisor Susan Rice.

Obama’s order expanded the power of the National Security Agency (NSA) to share globally intercepted communications, including phone calls, with 16 other government intelligence agencies, greatly compounding the likelihood of future leaks from a much greater number of Obama loyalists still working in the Trump administration.

President Trump must revise Executive Order 12333, remove Obama’s loyalists from all government agencies and absolutely prosecute all White House leakers for espionage.

This change in the handling of classified information has created a shadow intelligence agency also known as “the deep state”. It is a soft coup to undermine the electoral vote and will of the American people. Until these issues are addressed and the holdovers are cleared, the leaks will continue, because there are too many people with there hands in the classified information cookie jar who do not support our president.

The Lame Duck Timeline Strongly Suggests President Obama Set Up Intelligence Scheme To Undermine Trump… February 17, 2017

Specifically through the use of a lame-duck executive order, President Obama authorized multiple intelligence agencies to have access to Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) including phone call intercepts.

First, as the New York Times reported that in its final days, the Obama Administration expanded the power of the National Security Agency (NSA) to share globally intercepted personal communication with the government’s 16 other intelligence agencies before applying any privacy protections.

Second, the new rules, which were issued in an unclassified document, entitled Procedures for the Availability or Dissemination of Raw Signals Intelligence Information by the National Security Agency (NSA), significantly relaxed longstanding limits on what the NSA may do with the information gathered by its most powerful surveillance operations.

These operations are largely unregulated by American wiretapping laws. Surveillances include collecting satellite transmissions, phone calls, and emails that cross network switches abroad, and messages between people abroad that cross domestic network switches.

The changes initiated by the Obama Administration in its waning days empowered far more agents and officials to search through raw intelligence data. As a direct consequence of the change in policy, it appears that the prospect of intel leaks grew exponentially.

Attorney General Loretta Lynch signed the new rules permitting the NSA to disseminate raw signals intelligence information on January 3, 2017 after Director of National Intelligence James Clapper signed them on December 15, 2016. (read more)

Confirmed: John Brennan Colluded With Foreign Spies to Defeat Trump

April 19, 2017, 12:04 am
This is the open scandal that Congress should investigate.

An article in the Guardian in April provides more confirmation that John Brennan was the American progenitor of political espionage aimed at defeating Donald Trump. One side did collude with foreign powers to tip the election — Hillary’s.

Seeking to retain his position as CIA director under Hillary, Brennan teamed up with British spies and Estonian spies to cripple Trump’s candidacy. He used their phony intelligence as a pretext for a multi-agency investigation into Trump, which led the FBI to probe a computer server connected to Trump Tower and gave cover to Susan Rice, among other Hillary supporters, to spy on Trump and his people.

John Brennan’s CIA operated like a branch office of the Hillary campaign, leaking out mentions of this bogus investigation to the press in the hopes of inflicting maximum political damage on Trump.

A supporter of the American Communist Party at the height of the Cold War, Brennan brought into the CIA a raft of subversives and gave them plum positions from which to gather and leak political espionage on Trump.

The Guardian story is written in a style designed to flatter its sources (they are cast as high-minded whistleblowers), but the upshot of it is devastating for them, nonetheless, and explains why all the criminal leaks against Trump first originated in the British press. According to the story, Brennan got his anti-Trump tips primarily from British spies but also Estonian spies and others. The story confirms that the seed of the espionage into Trump was planted by Estonia. The BBC’s Paul Wood reported last year that the intelligence agency of an unnamed Baltic State had tipped Brennan off in April 2016 to a conversation purporting to show that the Kremlin was funneling cash into the Trump campaign.

Any other CIA director would have disregarded such a flaky tip, recognizing that Estonia was eager to see Trump lose (its officials had bought into Hillary’s propaganda that Trump was going to pull out of NATO and leave Baltic countries exposed to Putin). But Brennan opportunistically seized on it, as he later that summer seized on the half-baked intelligence of British spy agencies (also full of officials who wanted to see Trump lose).

British spy head Robert Hannigan “passed material in summer 2016 to the CIA chief, John Brennan.” To ensure that these flaky tips leaked out, Brennan disseminated them on Capitol Hill. It then turned up on the front page of the New York Times.

All of this took place at the very moment Brennan was auditioning for Hillary. He desperately wanted to keep his job and despised Trump for his alleged “Muslim ban,” a matter near and dear to Brennan’s heart. Not only was he an apologist for the Muslim Brotherhood, but Brennan’s Islamophilia dated to his days in college, when he spent a year in Cairo learning Arabic and taking courses in Middle Eastern studies and later he got a graduate degree with an emphasis in Middle Eastern studies.

Out of this Islamophilia came a special dislike of Michael Flynn, who had planned to rip up the Obama-era “reset” with Muslim countries. Furious with Flynn for his apostasy from political correctness, Brennan and other Obama aides couldn’t resist the temptation to take him out after rifling through transcripts of his calls with the Russian ambassador. They caught him in a lie to Mike Pence and made sure the press knew about it.

Leak Leak Leak. That was one of the very first substantially damaging leaks that came out of the Trump Administration. It is still a “go to” talking point I see often from liberals, democrats, and Trump Haters that are clinging to the Russian/Trump Collusion story.

Former U.N. Amb. Power Unmasked ‘Hundreds,’ Despite Not Being Intel Official

Nunes disclosed in his letter that the former Obama administration had “easy access” to sensitive classified information and that they may have used it to “achieve partisan political purposes, including the selective, anonymous leaking of such information.”

Congressional investigators uncovered that “one official [whose] position has no apparent intelligence-related function”—now believed to be Power—”made hundreds of unmasking requests during the final year of the Obama administration.”

Little justification was provided for the request of this sensitive classified information, which government insiders described as outside the purview of a U.N. ambassador.
One official noted that the amount of unmasking from someone in a position that really had no need for unmasking of raw intel was in and of itself disturbing.

“Asking for an unmasking is rare at the [National Security Council] or the State Department. It is frankly shocking that anyone would be asking for dozens, and if there are really hundreds it is indefensible,” said the former official. “It does make me wonder why [National Security Agency] didn’t stop her [Power], by questioning this practice and getting the head of NSA to raise it with the president or the national security adviser.”
Ben Rhodes has also been identified as a ‘person of interest’ in the investigation by lawmakers.

“The [intelligence] committee also understands that Obama-era officials sought the identification of Trump transition officials within intelligence reports,” according to Nunes’s letter. “However, there was no meaningful explanations offered by these officials as to why they needed or how the would use this U.S. personal information, and thus, the committee is left with the impression that these officials may have used this information for improper purposes, including the possibility of leaking.”

“More pointedly,” the letter states, “some of the requests for unminimized U.S. person information were followed by anonymous leaks of those names to the media.”

The current climate of leaks is creating even more hostility and divisions within our country. It’s possibly putting people’s lives at risk, (by exposing under cover investigations and making those involved vulnerable.) But most importantly it is negatively affecting our country’s ability to make better and more fair trade deals, and share/receive important classified information with other world leaders regarding national security.

Obama’s National Security Adviser Susan Rice was unmasking members of President Trump’s team and other Americans, Trump’s own national security adviser, H.R. McMaster, sent an official letter giving her unfettered and continuing access to classified information and waiving her “need-to-know” requirement on anything she viewed or received during her tenure.

This action by McMasters, amongst many other shady and questionable actions by the General lead me to believe that he does not have our President’s best interest in mind. President Trump doesn’t seem to agree with me yet. He issued a statement today conveying his support for General McMaster.

However, he did the same just before he fired Michael Flynn, Jim Comey, Anthony Scaramucci, Rience Priebus and I think he did the same just before Sean Spicer resigned. So, I hope this is just more of the same.

What is the plan moving forward?

Sessions Claims DOJ Is Reviewing Policy for Subpoenaing Media, Say Government, Congress Must Do Better

Sessions then detailed the steps he took to crack down on the leaking.

First, he pointed to his deputy, Rod Rosenstein, and the FBI Director to “monitor the progress of each leak.”

He also “appointed our U.S. Attorneys to prioritize cases involving unauthorized disclosures.”

From there, the attorney general claimed that he has “tripled the number of active leak investigations.”

He continued, “In response, the FBI has increased sources to leak cases and has created a new counterintelligence unit to manage these cases appeared simultaneously, this department is reviewing policies that impact leak investigations.”

Sessions also said that the Justice Department would be reviewing its policies regarding the subpoenaing of media.

“We respect the important role of the press plays, and will give them respect,” Sessions said. “They cannot place lives at risk. We must balance the press’s role with protecting our national security with the lives of those who serve in the intelligence community, the armed forces, and all law-abiding Americans.”

Sessions ended by doubling down on the promise that the leaking will end.

“We will not allow anonymous sources with security clearances to sell out our country,” he said.

“All of us in government and in every agency in Congress, and Congress must do better. Their first requirement is personal discipline, education, and repetition within our departments and agencies will make a difference. Prevention is what is required, and investigation of a leak is too late, really. The damage is done.”

YES! Unfortunately the damage is done. Preventative procedures can only help further damage.

How are/were leaks being used as weapons against the Trump Administration
BOMBSHELL revelations show how Obama “WEAPONIZED” intel against Trump
May 28, 2017

Obama administration officials may have actually outdone Nixon in the dirty tricks department and actually “weaponized” intelligence agencies against American citizens including — Trump team members.

As the New York Post reports, “New revelations have surfaced that the Obama administration abused intelligence during the election by launching a massive domestic-spy campaign that included snooping on Trump officials.

We now know the National Security Agency under President Barack Obama routinely violated privacy protections while snooping through foreign intercepts involving US citizens — and failed to disclose the breaches, prompting the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court a month before the election to rebuke administration officials.

The story concerns what’s known as “upstream” data collection under Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, under which the NSA looks at the content of electronic communication. Upstream refers to intel scooped up about third parties: Person A sends Person B an e-mail mentioning Person C. Though Person C isn’t a party to the e-mail, his information will be scooped up and potentially used by the NSA.
Further, the number of NSA data searches about Americans mushroomed after Obama loosened rules for protecting such identities from government officials and thus the reporters they talk to.

A number of those searches were made from the White House, and included private citizens working for the Trump campaign, some of whose identities were leaked to the media. The revelations earned a stern rebuke from the ACLU and from civil-liberties champion Sen. Rand Paul.”

Apparently Sen. Rand Paul and the ACLU weren’t the only folks disturbed by US intel agencies being used for political purposes.

“The FISA court called it a “very serious Fourth Amendment issue” that NSA analysts — in violation of a 2011 rule change prohibiting officials from searching Americans’ information without a warrant — “had been conducting such queries in violation of that prohibition, with much greater frequency than had been previously disclosed to the Court.”

On top of failing to disclose breaches, ballooning data searches, and violating the 2011 rule change for warrantless searches, there’s another minor little problem revealed during these testimonies. Remember that little dossier linking Trump to some Russia connection? Remember the giant uproar caused by the dossier and the ensuing MONTHS of accusations by liberals and Democrat politicians practically calling for President Trump to be tried for treason?

Well, as it turns out “Obama intelligence officials really had no good reason attaching a summary of a dossier on Trump to a highly classified Russia briefing they gave to Obama just weeks before Trump took office.” Or shall we say, they had a reason, but it was a no good reason, and one of those no good reasons was John Brennan.
Under congressional questioning Tuesday, Obama’s CIA chief John Brennan said the dossier did not “in any way” factor into the agency’s assessment that Russia interfered in the election. Why not? Because as Obama intel czar James Clapper earlier testified, “We could not corroborate the sourcing.”

But that didn’t stop Brennan in January from attaching its contents to the official report for the president. He also included the unverified allegations in the briefing he gave Hill Democrats.

In so doing, Brennan virtually guaranteed that it would be leaked, which it promptly was.
In short, Brennan politicized raw intelligence. In fact, he politicized the entire CIA.
As it stands right now, Obama administration officials may have posed a far greater threat to the American election process than any outside entity. While fingers point at Donald Trump and his administration, it’s looking more and more like sleight of hand to divert our attention from the real shady dealings in the swamp. Trump needs to clean out every single Obama holdover, but for some reason, he’s taking his time.

So what the mainstream media doesn’t want to talk about is that the Obama Administration, (and now their holdovers,) have used and are still using their relaxed rules and their vast unmasking powers to unmask names and then leak information that could possibly make, (and most likely will make,) President Trump and his people look bad.

Then instead of calling them what they are…. leakers, they have been painted as heroes and have called them whistleblowers with no evidence that anything illegal has taken place except the leaking of classified information itself.

The expanding of the amount of people who now have access to the unmasked data has assured that there will be an endless flow of leaks. Not only that, but they have proven to be strategically leaked to do the most possible damage to the Trump Administration.

Hopefully with the changes that the Trump Administration has made with staff and the crackdown by the DOJ on prosecution of leakers with get the problem under control.

Transgenders and the military – Opinion

Your extremely important struggle to be your whole self will have to take a back seat to make sure your duties are 110% covered, because lives are at risk if you are not completely present.

Screen Shot 2017-07-26 at 11.08.44 PM

Talk about a fashion statement: Transgender veteran, Carla Lewis, with a shirt that reads “Transgender Veteran: I Fought For Your Right To Hate Me.”

Trump alienates entire LGBT community with ONE tweet

–“After consultation with my Generals and military experts, please be advised that the United States Government will not accept or allow…Transgender individuals to serve in any capacity in the U.S. Military,” Trump tweeted.

“Our military must be focused on decisive and overwhelming…victory and cannot be burdened with the tremendous medical costs and disruption that transgender in the military would entail. Thank you”–

(President Trump’s announcement on Twitter did not say what would happen to transgender people already in the military.)

_______________________________

One of my very first blogs was to the LGBT community about how they should not be worried that President Trump would not take rights away from them. I’m sorry to say that in this case, I was wrong.

However, for this particular case, I should have seen it coming. We all should have, and heaven forbid, I might actually agree with it, in part, but not because I believe in taking rights away from anyone, but because I believe we should all be treated equally and no one deserves special treatment. Before you get angry with me and close this window, please let me explain myself.

Yes, of course we should all have equal rights, but during a transition or pre-transition a transgender person, just like anyone else with emotional strains that rely on medical treatment, probably should not serve. (With maybe some exceptions, as to every rule.) Compared to anyone else with mental and emotional issues, those people aren’t aloud to serve either.

I don’t think being transgender means being crazy, and I’m not comfortable with those that may imply such a thing. However, it comes with emotional baggage that may or may not get better with a transition surgery. Transgenders may experience a number of emotional burdens such as but not limited to: depression, anxiety, and restlessness. (Gender Dysphoria) All are mental/emotional problems that would hinder any other person from being able to serve.

I feel for my transgender friends, but I can’t help but agree that the military is not a free ride to get your transition surgery done. That is not taxpayers responsibility. That’s all you and your decision. It’s not life threatening, although it may feel that way to you and I’m sure most of us can’t even imagine your struggle. I wish that all transgenders could have what you need to be happy without the extensive financial burden, but making taxpayers pay for it, is not the answer, nor is it fair.

Serving in the military will also require you to be extremely focused, despite all the changes, difficulty and turmoil you may be feeling inside, because many people are counting on you and trusting you with their lives. Your extremely important struggle to be your whole self will have to take a back seat to make sure your duties are 110% covered, because lives are at risk if you are not completely present. That means no hormone episodes, no family support system around you, and when in combat no guarantee that you will have your proper hormone medications.

Pre-transition: I have witnessed a dear friend of mine’s confusion, depression, anxiety, mood swings, and self consciousness. All of these burdens seem to me, to be too distracting and painful to serve in full capacity in the military. I can’t imagine how much harder it would be on her to go through such drastic changes to her body with that added responsibility and stress.

During transition, they are very mentally and emotionally strained; being in the military is mentally straining enough. Although, I do feel for those who want to serve but are burdened with their own gender issues. Knowing people that have dealt with the confusion, stress, depression and ridiculing that comes with being transgender; I am sympathetic and empathetic to what they go through and the journey they must take to become who they feel they are on the inside. The military doesn’t seem to me like a good place to have to go through any of that. As someone that has been through depression, anxiety and bullying myself, I can not imagine being responsible for other people’s lives during those times, even though I obviously would have the best intentions in mind.

Some of the valid questions raised about Transgenders in the Military

Comment I read by a Marine:

“Can a Transgender get necessary hormones down range in a combat zone? – No.

Can a Transgender suffer hormonal imbalance causing questionable emotions during a firefight? – Yes.

Are you willing to stand next to a withdrawing Transgender in a battle and just hope they are in the right state of mind despite having been hunkered in a field in Kandahar for 2 weeks without supplies much less medical hormones and just trust that state of mind with your life?

Nope.

It’s not a matter of acceptance, it’s just the supply a medic carries is not adequate to keep up with that type of demand and the military can’t even provide adequate barracks STATESIDE in many posts so they can’t afford the medical necessities a Transgender would require.”

_______________________________

He raises some valid issues, you can not deny. As I said before, I believe we all deserve equal rights, however if I have mental, and/or emotional issues, the Military will not accept me. You can not deny that making a transition causes mental and emotional strain. So why should a transgender’s depression or anxiety be overlooked, and someone else’s not? That is special treatment.

However, (and this is the part that I may not necessarily agree with the President on,) once the individual has completed their transition; after they have become who they want to be; have any medical hormonal therapy needs adequately addressed, (I know from experience of being a woman post hysterectomy, hormones can be wicked evil things when not taken properly;) as well as emotional issues ironed out in order to maintain emotional and mental stability; as long as they are physically and mentally able; and as long as the person passes all the required tests just as every other soldier, I do not see the problem with said transgender serving in the military.

Maybe from that point it should be dealt with on a case by case basis, because every individual is always different and blanket rules are hardly ever a one fits all.

Although with all that said, we should wait and see how this new development is implemented, because one thing I’ve noticed with President Trump,…… he always expresses the most harsh stance on an issue and then later he lessens up as if he’s making a compromise.

I’m not sure if he does that on purpose to show that he WILL compromise, or if it’s just a habit, because of his style of parenting, after being a father of several children.

I do think it shows that he can be reasonable when presented with the right information to change his opinion.

Another Comment by a Service Member:

Nobody has a “right” to serve in the Military. Nobody.

What makes people think the Military is an equal opportunity employer? Very far from it.

The Military uses prejudice regularly and consistently to deny citizens from joining for being too old or too young, too fat or too skinny, too tall or too short.

Citizens are denied for having flat feet, or for missing or additional fingers. Poor eyesight will disqualify you, as well as bad teeth. Malnourished? Drug addiction? Bad back? Criminal history? Low IQ? Anxiety? Phobias? Hearing damage? Six arms? Hear voices in your head? Self-identify as a Unicorn? Need a special access ramp for your wheelchair? Can’t run the requred course in the required time? Can’t do the required number of pushups?

Not really a “morning person” and refuse to get out of bed before noon?

All can be reasons for denial.

The Military has one job. War. Anything else is a distraction and a liability.

Did someone just scream “That isn’t Fair”? War is VERY unfair, there are no exceptions made for being special or challenged or socially wonderful.

YOU change yourself to meet Military standards. Not the other way around.

I say again: You don’t change the Military… you must change yourself.

The Military doesn’t need to accommodate anyone with special issues.

The Military needs to Win Wars.

If any of your personal issues are a liability that detract from readiness or lethality…

Thank you for applying and good luck in future endeavors.

Former Transgender Person Writes Brutally Honest Letter Agreeing With Trump’s Military Ban

Adding to viewpoints in the fray is a piece by Walt Heyer, an author who seeks to “raise public awareness about those who regret gender change” and runs a website SexChangeRegret.com. His commentary in the Daily Signal is certainly provocative.

On Agreement with Donald Trump’s Ban

I think he made the right decision—and as someone who lived as trans-female for several years, I should know.

On the U.S. Military Paying for Gender Transition Surgeries

Paying for transition-related surgeries for military service members and their families is beyond comprehensible.

On Political Correctness’s Place in the Military

Perhaps they have forgotten that our military was forged to be the world’s strongest fighting force, not a government-funded, politically correct, medical sex change clinic for people with gender dysphoria.

On Gender Dysphoria

Gender dysphoria, the common diagnosis for one who feels at odds with his or her birth gender, develops from prolonged anxiety and depression. People are not born that way.

The “proof” for a diagnosis of gender dysphoria is having strongly held feelings—but feelings can and often do change over time.

On the Cost of Gender Transition Surgeries

Transitioning can be expensive—up to $130,000 per person for numerous body-mutilating and cosmetic procedures over many months (or years) to fashion the body to appear as the opposite sex.

Yet, no matter how skilled the surgeon, or how much money is spent, it is biologically impossible to change a man into a woman or a woman into a man. The change is only cosmetic.

On the Emotional Toll Gender Transition May Take

Beyond the financial cost, there’s the question of the service member’s military readiness during their transition or detransition, as the process often comes with a great deal of anxiety and emotional instability.

I know of many who have struggled to adapt to the new gender role for years after reassignment surgery.

On the Military’s Mission

The military is expected to prepare its members in warfare: to kill, destroy, and break our enemies. The most important factors in preparing a strong military are not hormone therapy, surgical sex changes, or politically correct education.

We need psychologically fit, emotionally sound, highly trained troops to protect our nation from its enemies.

Whether or not one agrees with Heyer’s argument, these are valid points that must be grappled with in order to dispute the rationale of Trump’s ban. The appeal to identity politic is not enough: There are too many American lives on the line.

Former Transgender drops “Reality Check” BOMB on Trump’s military decision

TRUTH BOMB: Why one combat vet’s post supporting the transgender military ban is going viral

“War is no place for people who are mentally, emotionally, or physically confused or in turmoil. You have your s*** together, or you don’t,” he stated. “And if you don’t, you’ll just get people needlessly killed. Political correctness has absolutely no place in the military.”

Salzman couldn’t be more right about this issue.

The military isn’t for the faint of heart, which is precisely why the standards to join are so high. We want the best of the best defending our liberty. To ensure that our way of life is secure, and that our troops are as safe as possible, candidates for enlistment must be of sound mind.

6 Myths About Transgender People In The Military

1. You have a right to serve in the military. As David French points out, the driving fallacy behind this belief is that serving in the military is the equivalent of “private employment” and “individual empowerment.” It’s not.

Breaking: James Dobson Breaks Silence, Issues Trump Statement That Will Infuriate Millions

“For eight years, the Department of Defense under President Obama, went about the systematic and intentional transformation of the U.S. military, unnecessarily disrupting the world’s most elite fighting force from their most pressing and urgent requirement — keeping our country and its allies safe,” read a statement from Dobson.

“It is heartening to have a commander in chief who puts the expert opinions of his generals and military officials ahead of the destructive forces of political correctness and identity politics,” he continued.

“I support the president’s decision and commend this administration for having the courage to protect our military from what would only amount to an enormous and costly distraction,” Dobson concluded.

VIRAL VIDEO: Army Vet Defends Military Transgender Ban

It’s your choice to do with your body what you wish, but the military is not there to serve as a social experiment, nor pay for transgender transitioning cost related to hormone replacement therapy, or sex change operations. The military serves as a fighting force that guards this nation and does not need to be burdened with the extreme changes it would be required to undergo to accommodate such a small demographic. @realdonaldtrump has made a wise decision. Let’s also not forget that gender dysphoria is still classified as a psychological disorder, and within the trans community there is a 61% suicide rate which is a clear indicator of psychological issues.

Studies have consistently found severe psychological issues associated with gender dysphoria. A 2016 study found that among military veterans identifying as transgender,” 90% have at least one mental health diagnosis, such as posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or depression, and nearly 50% had a hospitalization after a suicide attempt or suicidal thoughts.” An extensive 2011 study by the Karolinska Institute found that sex reassignment surgery rather than helping transgender individuals, resulted in worse psychological issues down the road. The study found that ten years after surgery, their “suicide mortality rose almost 20-fold above the comparable non transgender population.

Transgender Surgeries Would Cost Pentagon $1.3 BillionSex-change surgeries cost an average $132,000 each – via Washington Free Beacon

Taxpayer-funded sex-change surgeries would cost the Pentagon $1.3 billion over 10 years.

“The 10-year cost estimate is for surgery only and is adjusted for 3 percent inflation; it accounts for Active Duty, Guard, and Reserve members currently serving as well as new recruits over the same time period,” the document states. “It uses the FY 18 DoD number for total number of military members and multiplies it by the percentage of military personnel assumed to be transgender as reported by the UCLA Williams Institute and the National Center for Transgender Equality.”

The 2014 Williams Institute study found there were 15,500 transgender individuals actively serving, or 0.7 percent of the military population. By adjusting the figure for the enlistment numbers of 2,130,000, there are currently 14,910 transgender service members.

Thirty percent will likely seek surgeries, or 4,473 transgender troops. The average cost per surgery is $132,000, which is a combination of the average cost of male to female ($140,450) and female to male ($124,400) surgeries.

The cost to taxpayers for these surgeries would be $590 million, and $770 million with a 3 percent inflation rate by 2027.

Hartzler’s office calculated the additional costs of surgeries for new transgender recruits every year.

There are 178,000 new military members per year, and assuming 0.7 percent are transgender, 1,246 new transgender service members each year. Assuming 30 percent get surgeries, there would be an additional 374 surgical transitions per year, or 3,740 over 10 years. Those surgeries would cost $493 million, and with 3 percent inflation a total of $579 million by 2027.

The costs of active duty transgender surgeries and those of new recruits over a 10-year period total $1.349 billion.

It is likely even more transgender service members would seek sex reassignment surgeries if they are taxpayer-funded.

More than 30 percent of transgender individuals say they want to have various sex reassignment surgeries in the future, according to the 2011 National Transgender Discrimination Survey.

Fifty-three percent of men who identify as women say they someday want a breast augmentation, and 61 percent say want an orchiectomy, the surgical removal of one or both testicles, in the future.

Sixty-four percent say they want a vaginoplasty, the construction of a vagina, someday.

Hartzler’s office said their cost estimate is more accurate than a study commissioned under the Obama administration by the RAND Corporation, which is federally funded by the Office of the Secretary of Defense.

The RAND study only provided cost estimates for one year, did not adjust for inflation, and only included active duty transgender troops, and not from the National Guard and Reserve.

The RAND study also used a much lower estimate of the number of transgender individuals in the military, between 1,320 and 6,630. The Navy estimates there are at least 13,000 transgender individuals serving in the military, and the Williams Institute reported over 15,000 in 2014.

The RAND study also estimates only 5 percent would seek surgery, a much lower figure than the 30 percent average reported in the National Transgender Discrimination Survey. Furthermore, the study does not use cost estimates of the actual surgeries, but only the cost increase in private insurance premiums for plans that cover transgender services.

Hartzler’s office also points out the RAND study was commissioned by former secretary of defense Ash Carter under “the presumption that transgender persons can serve openly without adverse impact on military effectiveness and readiness.”

The $1.349 billion cost does not include additional medical costs of transgender service members, including hormone therapy, mental health services, or costs associated with surgical complications.

Resistance is Futile

Resistance is futile. It has come time to work together. Resisting is counterproductive! UNIFY

BorgTrump
“Borg Trump” represents unifying the country and a futile resistance in doing so. This photoshopped image is meant to be light hearted and humorous, not to represent any false ideas about President Trump being some sort of evil dictator. That is just ridiculous. Thanks for reading!

The democratic party wants to resist, resist, resist…. But then what? Resisting doesn’t make the problems that the world and our country is facing today go away. It actually makes our problems worse.

Instead of resisting how about we all work together and find solutions?

Unify!

Let’s talk about our differences and make compromises!

Let’s try to understand each other

instead of calling each other names and shutting down opposing speech.

Let’s learn from our history

instead of trying to erase it and regress back to segregating to our different safe spaces.

Let’s stop reacting to FALSE FEAR and take COMFORT IN FACTS.

Let’s not believe everything we hear,

but start researching answers, ideas etc.. and sharing them openly.

Let’s stop pointing fingers at each other and assuming things about each other.

Let’s stop blaming things; take responsibility and do better instead.

Let’s finally put the results of the election behind us, for the good of our country,

because dwelling on it isn’t help any of us.

The democratic party needs to get a positive message, because this resistance is tearing our country apart. They are LETTING the Russians “hijack our democracy”, by doing exactly what they had planned to do all along, ….make us lose faith in our government and TURN US AGAINST EACH OTHER!

By continuing to resist, we are only letting Russia get away with what they intended to do when they attacked our voting system, or whatever it was that they actually did. They didn’t need to change votes, because they shook our country’s people to the core by making us all question the integrity of our democracy. By resisting anything and everything that our newly elected president does or proposes, it is only dividing the country and giving Putin exactly what he wanted; to tear our country apart from the inside out. A successful attack of war without one single casualty from his people.

I know that it’s hard; when everyone and everything around you is telling you only negative things about President Trump, you tend to start believing only that bias. (I use to do the same thing.)

It’s really hard to find the positive things. There are MANY out there, but you won’t see them unless you dig. I assure you, just because you haven’t heard these positive things does not mean they aren’t happening. (You will have to wade through a lot of crap to find them, but they are out there.)

I know, …..it’s really trendy to hate the current President of the United States, Donald J. Trump.

“Everybody is doing it.”

One problem we have in America is following trends and emulating celebrities or people we admire. We also have a problem with always believing everything we hear and read.

Hating on President Trump and joining this “resistance,” just because everyone tells you to, is not having your own opinion. It’s called being a “sheep”. We all need to think independently. Your opinion should be YOUR OWN and it should be based on educated true information about the subject.

You should question everything! Please question everything. Question me, even. Fact check me, and fact check everyone!

It’s perfectly fine to not agree with everything the current administration does or has done. I don’t always agree with them, or the President. (Heck you don’t have to like them either.) We all have certain issues that we are passionate about. That is healthy and important. Passion gives us purpose.

We should just make sure we have that passion in the right place and we aren’t being counter productive or influenced by the wrong people, who are manipulating our passion and emotions for their own agenda….This is truth no matter who you are, or what “side” you are on. Our passion should be used for the good of our country not for the destruction of it.

There are threats out there to our way of life that must be stopped. We need to be able to recognize these threats without discriminating against others whom are innocent.

These days people are so confused, they don’t even know what they support or oppose anymore, because part of what they do support completely contradicts other core values they support. However they have only listened to the propaganda instead of doing the research themselves. This is true for both sides

I’ve seen people call the President everything from “pervert” to “liar” and everything else you can possibly think in between; extreme disrespect. We’ve had many presidents that could be called both and more. A pervert does more than just talk dirty in a private conversation over a decade ago. We’ve had presidents that have actually ACTED like perverts and then LIED about it.

It is also very hard to find a person, let alone politician that hasn’t lied at some point. No, it’s NOT ok to lie; but I also keep close tabs on President Trump, and most of the things that I’ve found that he has trouble truthing about are statistics. Which I’m sure he doesn’t look up, or generate himself. So whoever is doing that, is trying to make him look bad, maybe they are one of the leakers too. A lot of times when the media has said that he’s lied, it really hasn’t been a lie, many times they are just not giving him time to do what he’s promised, (his promise is taking longer than he thought it would,) and taken in consideration all of the resistance he’s been trying to work though or his words are twisted, taken too literally, and/or he’s repeated something someone else lied about without knowing it wasn’t true.

We have a big problem in this country with judging. If you are accused, then you are guilty until you are proven otherwise by at least a million people, a few celebrities and the media. Then MAYBE,… you will be exonerated. We also have a big problem with speculation, making accusations without facts, and believing everything we see and hear. After we’ve made up our mind, we tend to have been known to have selective hearing, are extremely bull head stubborn, a bias that leans toward a mob mentality and it’s extremely hard to find those lone wolves out there brave enough to think on their own.

You should know that a large portion of the negativity you have heard about President Trump is not even true. He isn’t against homosexuals, he’s not racist, (you may not know but he has plenty of supporters from all races, and sexual preferences,) he’s not a fascist, or Hitler, he’s not going to put anyone in camps, (so absurd,) he’s not trying to deport anyone that is here in the country legally…yes, LEGALLY. He isn’t an awful tyrant that takes pleasure in splitting up families. He’s not only trying to give all his cronies tax breaks and a free payday. All of these things you have heard about him are exaggerated and/or just completely untrue. It’s all been spun and twisted, designed to pit you against the current administration and hate anyone that supports them. Divide and conquer.

Most of the resistance doesn’t even understand what they are resisting. They think people are losing rights. They think that certain minorities are being picked on. It’s sad that people are being fear mongered to hate. Thats a lot of anxiety being generated for no reason. This is a form of control. If you are being led to believe propaganda you are being manipulated. Not everything that is happening should be considered bad for the left. President Trump has shown that he cares about the rights of all Americans. You don’t think so? Maybe you should look closer.

“What the heck do Democrats stand for?”

Once the Democrats have blindly resisted for however long, 2years, 4 years, 8 year, ….whatever.

Then what? They have absolutely no message, no vision for the country and nothing the voters can get behind. Hillary already tried the “I’m not Trump” Campaign and she lost. So they need something better than resistance.

We have a common enemy in Russia. We may have to work with them in the war against terror, and stay on a somewhat cordial basis with them,…so we aren’t at each other’s throats in an unnecessary war. BUT they have found a better way to take us down, without having to shed any of their own blood!

The Russians are effectively taking the US down from within! AND this “resistance” is letting them do it!

It’s time for us, the American people to get REALLY MAD!

But NOT at each other!

It’s time for us to show those Russians that you don’t mess with Americans! We can turn this around and we won’t have to shed any more blood.

We can stop the organized resistance that shows up at every pro Trump rally with masks on and uses violence to shut them down. This violence from ANTIFA that the media would rather you think is coming from the pro-Trumpers.

ANTIFA are the real Nazi’s and actually maybe you should research their history. This group isn’t anything new, they are just using this opportunity to find people for their anti-American cause, by deception and fear mongering.

This ANTIFA is an enemy of our democracy. They are an enemy of our freedom of speech. They are an enemy of the American people. They are an enemy of the world. They are creating a false narrative based on lies, then feeding it to mentally disturbed and brainwashed people that don’t even understand what they are resisting.

Our economy is booming.

We are on the verge of having health care that we can actually afford to use.

Our stock market has reached record high after RECORD HIGH!

Jobs are being created left and right.

Our veterans are being better cared for and our military is becoming stronger than ever.

Unnecessary job killing regulations are being abolished so that our businesses and economy can grow.

Our unemployment rate is down farther than it has been in years.

Illegal border crossings have fallen well over 60%, which means there are less drugs coming into the country, less human trafficking and less tax dollars being spent on illegal immigration.

President Trump has even found a way to compromise about the southern border wall by incorporating solar panels to help with our energy independence. That’s another thing,…

We are on our way to energy independence.

All these are good things, so why do you resist?

NO RIGHTS ARE BEING TAKEN AWAY FROM ANY GROUP OF PEOPLE. Rights are being given back to individual states.

Abortion is still legal for all of you that are pro choice.

We are saving $100 billion a year on terminating an agreement that was never ratified and would have done nothing to help our environment.

Backing out of that same agreement has inspired individual states to do their own work on preservation of our world, without us having to pay other countries money that they would never have to account for.

We are making fair and better trade deals, that will help our companies sell more products in other countries.

Why resist?

Law and Order is being restored in the country and no unconstitutional actions have been taken, despite what the media and 9th Circuit Court would like you to believe. (I think the Supreme Court confirmed that when they reinstated 95% of the “Travel Pause EO” on June 26, 2017.)

The “Travel Ban” is actually very similar to the ones that former President Obama installed several times.

No unprecedented laws have been made to restrict freedom, but we are enforcing the laws we already have.

No Russian collusion and if there was it’s now being investigated by a special counsel. (Actually the investigations seem to be digging up controversy and questions from the other side of the aisle.)

These things the Trump Administration are doing are not out of the ordinary, you just haven’t been paying attention for the last decade. We have a president that is fighting for our safety!

Why do you still resist?

Notice how “the resistance” has become the opposite of what it was 40 years ago. Think about it. They are fighting to enforce Sharia Law, suppressing opposing speech, banning right wing leaning books/authors and promoting segregation. (If you haven’t researched Sharia it goes against our Constitution, and DOES TAKE RIGHTS AWAY FROM PEOPLE.) Democrats have become fascists against conservative views, while preaching that they are against fascism.

The Left is hypocritically trying to shut down what they call “hate speech” while personally attacking the president, those close to him and those that support him with hate speech and violence that they are now calling art.

The two sides are just not understanding each other and realizing we really all want the same things.

We all want:

  • Peace
  • Equality
  • Safety
  • Compassion
  • Preserve our way of life
  • Preserve our world
  • Save those in trouble
  • Protect our loved ones
  • Prosper
  • BE FREE
  • HAPPINESS
  • Legislation that works to better our lives

We all just have different ideas about how to accomplish these things. That is where sharing ideas, compromising, and communicating will save us all.

The resistance is now resisting positive changes. They are resisting things that they’ve previously advocated for. They are resisting, when working together is in the better interest of the country and our people. Our country’s best interest should be the priority of all political parties, and the American people. I hope you resisters out there, wake up and realize the error of your ways, before it’s too late.

Good Luck out there fellow patriots!

God Bless You, God Bless the World and God Bless Our Great Country,…America.

The land of the free and home of the brave.

Let’s keep it that way.

Trump’s First 100 Days

After wading waste high thru all the crap articles and fake news, this is a very accurate list of the Trump Administration Accomplishments in the First 100 Days

I put my waist high crap waders on to give to you President Trump’s First 100 Days.

1st100days

It surely hasn’t been uneventful.

If you listen to the mainstream media (MSM) you will hear something like this:
Donald Trump’s presidency is the ‘most failed first 100 days ever’, says US historian
MARCH 22, 2017

I’m not even going to quote this article, because it’s fake news, click bait and this is why; President Trump’s 100th day in office was Saturday April 29, 2017. This article was written on MARCH 22, 2017, which was day 62. How do you judge the first 100 days of an administration with another month to go? So yeah, it’s Fake News! There were countless articles like this to wade through. A bunch of crap.

I think the above article blames the Trump Administration’s alleged failure on the Russian investigation, which still has no substance after almost a year. (If you don’t believe that, you can see my previous blog on that subject. It was just updated May 2, 2017, with the most recent revelations, and still no evidence that President Trump was or is in collusion with Russia.)

Hopefully, once The House Intelligence Committee starts bringing witnesses in this week for closed testimonies, it will shed more light on that whole debacle and we can eventually just lay that conspiracy theory to rest. (Maybe then, Rachel Maddow will finally start reporting some REAL news,… one can only hope.)

But really, can we at least give this sitting president a full 100 days before we start grading? Or doesn’t it matter, because the grade is the same no matter what he has done?

Trump’s First 100 Days of the Presidency was doomed to get a negative grade by the MSM (mainstream media), regardless. They all just ignore anything good that he’s done or spin and twist the good things into negative speculations, even blatant lies that result in fake news and fear mongering the American public. I hear this a lot, that “Trump will start WWIII” even though these tensions were here far before Trump even started his campaign.

President Trump is being criticized for not having any of his major permanent legislation passed that he promised over the campaign, like Health reform, and Tax reform. Which is being resisted by democrats and even some republicans. Not only that, these are complicated legislation that historically have taken a lot longer than 100 days to pass by other administrations.

He’s being criticized for not being able to implement his Travel Pause Executive Order, because it was blocked by the 9th Circuit Court, as well as his Sanctuary Cities Executive Order. The blocks are unconstitutional and the executive orders are clearly well in the power of the President of the United States to hold, but that’s a blog for another day. (Actually I have blogged about the Travel Pause, twice.)

I find this so ironic that President Trump is being criticized for not being able to exercise his power as the leader of the country, because he’s been compared to Hitler, so many times that it’s completely ridiculous.

So what is it? Is he the most horrible evil dictator to ever take a breath and set foot on the earth? Or is he a weak inferior man who can’t even enforce a simple law that has been on the books for decades?

Neither.

He’s just a man. A man who is trying to serve his country the best way he can. Which it’s now taking a lot longer to do the things he’s been planning, that he has promised and needs to do. It’s a lot harder than he thought it would be, because of the unprecedented push back that he’s getting from the obstructionist lefties and even some of the bull headed Republicans.

President Trump is also being labeled a flip-flopper, because he’s able to assess a situation, listen to all of the sides/opinions, weigh the pros and cons, then do the necessary steps to work things out in our country’s favor.

For example, we now have probably the best relationship with China that we’ve had in decades, maybe even ever, because our leader took the time to talk things out with their leader and join forces against a common enemy. If you followed Trump on the campaign trail this was a big surprise. Now we are using China as an ally in a very sticky situation against North Korea, because it’s in both our countries best interest. We are also making better trade deals with them. Our products will have a better shot at being sold in China, without being double taxed, because our President is negotiating better deals.

This video makes me giggle. President Trump says China, over and over again.

President Trump has changed his mind on many other things, however now he has so much more information than he did when on the campaign trail. He has national security clearance that provides a completely different perspective for him. As well as countless advisors and people he trusts to mull over current situations, outcomes and possible solutions. If he’s able to take the new information, make an informed decision to change his mind on an issue, then I trust his judgement. He knows much more than you or I know about any national security situation, and if he’s changing his mind about certain issues, he must have good reasons.

Democrats and liberals should be ecstatic about this. HE’S ABLE TO CHANGE HIS MIND! That means he’s a REASONABLE HUMAN BEING!

Oh, but then that would mean admitting to being wrong about him.

We can’t have any of that, now can we?

If you only have the time to watch your local nightly alphabet news, or read the news on social media, you probably have a very negative and frustrated view of the Trump Administration’s first 100 days. You probably think money has been spent willy-nilly, no actual work has been done, important regulations have been repealed and no one in the country even likes President Trump. That’s exactly what the radical progressives want you to think.

The progressive leftists, or I call them regressives, want President Trump to fail. They do not care about the fact that if the Trump Administration fails that means the rest of us go down with the ship. Their only objective is to prove that they were right about him all along. They do not care that by being right, that would mean you and I, the American people would be the ones to really lose and suffer.

President Trump has been doing everything that he can to get his agenda done, and fulfilling the promises that he made on the campaign trail; with little help from congress, and no help from the mainstream media or Liberal District Court Judges. There has been so many distractions that have completely sucked all the life and attention away from anything positive that has been happening. Much of this was by design from ‘the resistance’. I guess, we can blame a little, on Twitter rants, but a rant is usually provoked. If you are constantly under fire, you may deserve a pass for some of your negative reactions. Just saying.

(But I’m not really a big fan of the Twitter rants either.)

According to Fox News, the official tally as, Friday April 28, 2017 at day 99, President Trump made 55 promises of actions he would take in his first 100 days: 18 are completed, 11 in progress, and 26 have so far failed. However, I wouldn’t completely count the allegedly failed ones out. He’s had so much resistance from Senate/House Democrats and even some Senate/House Republicans. That resistance is to purposely sabotage him in the eyes of the American people.

Some of these promises that have allegedly failed may have just been reconsidered and renegotiated. This should thrill Democrats! This means President Trump flipped his stance to their side. But have you heard how any of the Democrats are thrilled?….. Me either.

I see a President that is TRYING to keep all of his promises, even if they aren’t happening as fast as he’d hoped and that speaks volumes to me. Even if I don’t always agree with his agenda.

100 Days Of Trump – Grading Pres Trump Democrat Weigh In

WHAT HAS PRESIDENT TRUMP ACCOMPLISHED SO FAR?

Here is the “short list” for quick reference:

  • Illegal border crossings are down more than they have been in 17 years

The Promises Trump Would Like to Have Already Kept, But Will Soon Enough

These are the main promises that WILL be kept, but are in progress or in line for the next 100 days:

  • Tax Reform– one of the largest tax cuts for businesses and individuals, including the middle class in American history (legislation this complex is not usually historically passed in only 100 Days)
  • Health Care Reform– (also not usually historically passed in only first 100 days)

More In Depth List of Trump Administration Accomplishments:

(With reference links. Some things you may not agree with, however there are many good things, that should have bipartisan support. There has been many campaign promises kept. You need to hear this point of view, because you’ve been fed way too much negativity since November 9, 2016.)

  • Supreme Court Nomination: Justice Neil Gorsuch confirmed, an Originalist and perfect replacement for the late great Justice Antonin Scalia – This assures that our constitution is upheld without distortion of radical liberal progressivism. (The last time there was a Supreme Court Justice confirmed within a President’s first 100 days was over 130 years ago) Campaign Promise √

Justice Gorsuch had unanimous bipartisan support when he was approved by the senate to the Court of Appeals just a decade ago. All of the resisting you saw from democrats just proves my point that they only want to see President Trump fail. The only reason I can think of as to why, is that they want to be right about him. There are still many senate democrats currently serving that were part of that unanimous vote, including Chuck Schumer. (Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and Joe Biden were also part of that vote in favor of Judge Gorsuch)

Specific executive orders include:
    • Minimizing the Economic Burden of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act Pending Repeal – (VERY FIRST DAY) {Although he couldn’t get health care reform done on his first day, he set his agenda, saved us some money and showed us that this is one of his biggest priorities.} “It is the policy of my Administration to seek the prompt repeal of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Public Law 111-148), as amended (the ‘Act’).  In the meantime, pending such repeal, it is imperative for the executive branch to ensure that the law is being efficiently implemented, take all actions consistent with law to minimize the unwarranted economic and regulatory burdens of the Act, and prepare to afford the States more flexibility and control to create a more free and open healthcare market.”

    • Budgetary Impact Analysis for Executive Order Entitled “Revocation of Federal Contracting Executive Orders” -The benefits of this executive order include the removal of duplicative and unnecessary procedures for Federal contract procurement and a return to due process protections for Federal contractors, resulting in reduced costs for taxpayers. • ENFORCING THE REGULATORY REFORM AGENDA – to lower regulatory burdens on the American people by implementing and enforcing regulatory reform Campaign Promise √
    • Identifying and Reducing Tax Regulatory Burdens – The Federal tax system should be simple, fair, efficient, and pro-growth.  The purposes of tax regulations should be to bring clarity to the already complex Internal Revenue Code (title 26, United States Code) and to provide useful guidance to taxpayers.  Contrary to these purposes, numerous tax regulations issued over the last several years have effectively increased tax burdens, impeded economic growth, and saddled American businesses with onerous fines, complicated forms, and frustration.  Immediate action is necessary to reduce the burden existing tax regulations impose on American taxpayers and thereby to provide tax relief and useful, simplified tax guidance.  (showing that tax reform is a high priority) Campaign Promise √
    • Commission on Combating Drug Addiction and the Opioid Crisis – ESTABLISHING THE PRESIDENT’S COMMISSION ON COMBATING DRUG ADDICTION AND THE OPIOID CRISIS the policy of the executive branch to combat the scourge of drug abuse, addiction, and overdose (drug addiction), including opioid abuse, addiction, and overdose (opioid crisis).  This public health crisis was responsible for more than 50,000 deaths in 2015 alone, most of which involved an opioid, and has caused families and communities across America to endure significant pain, suffering, and financial harm.
      • There is established the President’s Commission on Combating Drug Addiction and the Opioid Crisis (Commission), with members appointed by the president. Campaign Promise √
  • Draining the Swamp

President Trump’s 100 Days of Historic Accomplishments

April 25, 2017

GETTING GOVERNMENT OUT OF THE WAY: President Donald J. Trump has done more to stop the Government from interfering in the lives of Americans in his first 100 days than any other President in history.

President Trump has signed 13 Congressional Review Act (CRA) resolutions in his first 100 days, more than any other President. These resolutions nullified unnecessary regulations and block agencies from reissuing them.

Since CRA resolutions were introduced under President Clinton, they’ve been used only once, under President George W. Bush.

The Wall Street Journal editorial: “So far the Trump Administration is a welcome improvement, rolling back more regulations than any President in history.”

TAKING EXECUTIVE ACTION: In office, President Trump has accomplished more in his first 100 days than any other President since Franklin Roosevelt.

President Trump will have signed 30 executive orders during his first 100 days.

President Obama signed 19 executive orders during his first 100 days.

President George W. Bush signed 11 executive orders during his first 100 days.

President Clinton signed 13 executive orders during his first 100 days.

President George H.W. Bush signed 11 executive orders during his first 100 days.

President Kennedy signed 23 executive orders during his first 100 days.

President Eisenhower signed 20 executive orders during his first 100 days.

President Truman signed 25 executive orders during his first 100 days.

President Franklin D. Roosevelt signed 9 executive orders during his first 100 days.

A SLEW OF LEGISLATION SIGNED: Despite historic Democrat obstructionism, President Trump has worked with Congress to pass more legislation in his first 100 days than any President since Truman.

President Trump’s 100 Days of Accountability

“Our moral duty to the taxpayer requires us to make our Government leaner and more accountable.”

– President Donald J. Trump

A GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABLE TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE: For too long the Washington swamp worked to serve itself, but President Donald J. Trump is reforming the Government to serve the American people.

President Trump implemented tough ethical standards to ensure his Administration works for the American people and not itself.

President Trump introduced tough new lobbying standards for political appointees, including a five-year ban on lobbying and a lifetime ban on lobbying for foreign countries.

President Trump donated his first quarter salary to the National Park Service, following through on his promise to the American people.

President Trump is keeping his promise to the American people to reform the Government to better address their needs. President Trump:

Implemented a temporary Federal hiring freeze to prevent taxpayer dollars from financing unnecessary bureaucracy.

Directed his Administration to create a comprehensive plan to reorganize the executive branch.

Required executive branch agencies to eliminate two regulations for every one they issue.

Created the Office of American Innovation to streamline and improve Government for future generations.

President Trump’s budget blueprint takes a sober look at how to responsibly spend taxpayer dollars and seeks to streamline government.

President Trump proposed the largest cut to non-defense spending since the Reagan Administration.

President Trump fulfilled his promise to the American people by nominating and, after Senate confirmation, appointing Neil Gorsuch as an Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court.

ADDRESS THE NEEDS OF ALL AMERICANS: President Trump has taken action to help marginalized communities past administrations have neglected.

After years of scandal and failing healthcare, President Trump has taken action to expand access to care for America’s veterans.

For the first time, accurate and up-to-date wait times and quality-of-care information is easily available online.

Under President Trump, authorized appointments for veterans outside of VA facilities have increased by 42 percent.

The President signed an extension of the Veterans Choice Program, giving eligible veterans the option of seeking care from private physicians.

The Department of Veterans Affairs has expanded emergent mental health care access to an estimated 500,000 former service members with Other than Honorable (OTH) discharges.

President Trump created a commission and focused grants to tackle the opioid epidemic that has increasingly plagued our country.

President Trump took action to prioritize Historically Black Colleges and Universities, after these critical institutions were marginalized in the previous administration.

Under President Trump’s leadership, the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has gone on a national listening tour, promoting accountability at HUD field offices to the citizens they serve.

Under President Trump and Secretary DeVos’s leadership, the Administration has rolled back harmful regulations to ensure America’s schools are helping students.

A FOREIGN POLICY THAT PROMOTED ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE: President Trump’s America First foreign policy restores the voice of the American people in world affairs.

President Trump is holding the U.N. accountable by calling out false and defamatory anti-Israel bias and forcing it to confront threats to the world’s security. At the U.N., the United States is:

Removing a blatantly biased report against Israel.

Condemning Russia’s support for the Assad regime and continued failure to live up to its commitment to end the conflict in eastern Ukraine.

Challenging Iran’s launch of ballistic missiles.

President Trump is supporting our allies across the world, while making sure everyone is accountable to international obligations. The United States is:

Working with NATO members to boost their defense spending to meet their commitments.

Supported Montenegro joining the NATO alliance.

President Trump re-negotiated the F-35 fighter jet agreement, saving more than $700 million in taxpayer money while improving America’s national security.

A PROMISE TO HOLD THE GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABLE: President Trump promised that he would drain the Washington swamp and restore accountability to Government.

President Trump: “Our moral duty to the taxpayer requires us to make our Government leaner and more accountable.”

President Trump: “There is duplication and redundancy everywhere. Billions and billions of dollars are being wasted on activities that are not delivering results for hardworking American taxpayers.”

‘Optimism’ and ‘Fake News’: Ohio Town Hall Grades Trump’s First 100 Days

April 25, 2017 [Video]

Martha MacCallum moderated a town hall event at Stolle Machinery, a manufacturing plant in North Canton, Ohio on “The First 100 Days.”

Many of the attendees said they felt that Trump is thus far keeping his promise to look out for the working people of America and improve the economy.

An executive at the plant, Michael Raderchak, said Trump brought optimism to an area of the country that has seen a lot in the way of economic downturn. He praised Trump for moving manufacturing back to America and Ohio specifically. “For the past eight years, we didn’t see that,” he said.

Tamie Lindamood, an employee at Stolle, echoed Raderchak, saying she also is optimistic that Trump will help the economy in the area. Lindamood said she was laid off three times during the Obama administration and witnessed friends lose their homes. “It’s stifling to be from Ohio and see [Trump] come in with so much optimism,” she said.

Stolle employee Steve Schutt said he too was encouraged with the Trump administration’s actions on trade and the economy.

Another attendee said Trump well understands the “working man” and is realizing how to prioritize his national security issues with domestic policies:

Former Gov. Ted Strickland (D-Ohio) said Trump “talks better than he acts,” but added that he is pleased with some of what the president has accomplished.

A student at the University of Akron told MacCallum that he too is concerned with President Trump. Christian Howse said Trump’s foreign policy and acts of war show too many parallels to President Bush engaging America in the early days of the War on Terror.

Later, another man instead blamed the media for the negative talk about Trump, saying he did not trust the approval polls and that many press outlets are engaging in “fake news.”

Addressing Misconceptions About The Dakota Access Pipeline
DAPL Facts You Should Know

The Dakota Access pipeline is not built on Native American reservations.
99.98% of the pipeline is installed on privately owned property in North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, and Illinois. The Dakota Access Pipeline does not enter the Standing Rock Sioux reservation at any point.

The Dakota Access pipeline is safe.

The area of the Dakota Access pipeline in question has held eight other pipelines for over 30 years.
Eight other pipelines currently run below Lake Oahe. In fact, existing pipelines have safely transported natural gas beneath Lake Oahe for more than 30 years.

The builders of the Dakota Access pipeline adhered to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations

Most of the protesters at the Dakota Access Pipeline are not Standing Rock Sioux.
The vast majority of the opposition to the Dakota Access Pipeline – and the most vocal – comes not from the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe, but from several radical, well-funded groups that are opposed to all use of fossil fuel and who ignore the safety of the pipeline in order to further their membership and fundraising efforts.

55 tribes held over 389 meetings while the DAPL route was planned.

No Native American artifacts were disturbed during construction.

The source of water for the Standing Rock Sioux is not near the Dakota Access Pipeline
At no point does the Dakota Access Pipeline pass through the Standing Rock Sioux reservation, nor does it impact the Tribe’s water supply. The water inlet for the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe will be 70 miles away by early 2017, when the tribe’s water intake moves to South Dakota.

Travel Ban 2.0

President Trump’s Travel “Ban” Executive Order, (I’d rather call it a “Pause,”) has been in limbo for over a month, because courts are trying to sort out the legalities of it all. There are some misconceptions, speculations, differences of opinion and conflicting laws that need prioritizing. I wrote another blog regarding it recently, and you can find it here.

(I can’t seem to blog at the “Speed of Trump.” This man is very ambitious, a work-aholic and there seems to be something new everyday. Sometimes bad and in my opinion, a lot of good.)

The new executive order replacing the earlier one that had the country in an uproar, was signed Monday March 6th, 2017 and is only targeting 6 countries this time. Iraq has been dropped from the list, however extra screening will be added to people leaving Iraq, to make sure nobody has ties to ISIS. Iraq has already agreed to work with the US on this matter so targeting them negatively, would be counterproductive. This order also doesn’t single out Syrian refugees for indefinite suspension, it seems to apply to all refugees and just for a 120 pause. It will not take effect until March 16th and everyone seems to be in the loop on this one with no surprises. (exec order text and memorandum text released 3-6-17)

Buried deep in the executive order is the revoking of the old one regarding this matter, because there is 48 lawsuits against it. They originally said they would fight those suits, but revoking the previous order renders those suits all moot, though it doesn’t make them go away. So now the DOJ will have to apply to all of those courts to have those cases thrown out. – via Fox New “Happening Now” Monday March 6, 2017
(It’s probably in the county’s best interest to do this, as President Trump has a very big agenda on his plate and fighting over the old executive order just takes time away from things he could be doing elsewhere.)

“Of the thousand active counter terrorism cases being lead by the FBI at this time inside the US, 300 are focused on individuals who entered the United States as refugees, and we are also told they come from countries on today’s 6 country list, and others who are outside that region”. via Fox New “Happening Now” Monday March 6, 2017

Legal permanent residence, those with visas and green cards prior to January 21st will be getting priority to stay in the US in this new executive order. It sounds like, it seems this one will be “bullet proof” legal, which can explain why it’s taken so long for it to be rewritten. It also explains for the delay in it being implemented, to give those legal permanent residents, visa holders and green card holders who need to make the necessary arrangements to do so. Info via Fox News “Happening Now” 3-6-17

In the legalities of it all, nobody seems to agree that this is not a muslim ban, even though there are many reasons to denounce that theory. One of which, NOT ALL muslims are affected, only ones that reside in the now six countries from the list. There are 40+ Muslim dominant countries around the world whom of which are not affected. Second there is no mention of a Muslim ban in the wording of the order. And lastly, EVERYONE without a valid visa or greencard before January 21, 2017 or who is not a permanent resident of the US in the countries that are forementioned are affected under the executive order, not just ones whom of which practice the Muslim religion.

The Argument of this Executive Order’s Legality
Many people feel that the reason this order is not legal is because of religious discrimination, it violates religious rights of refugees mentioned. However, shouldn’t the people already on our soil, and the ones that already have been accepted to enter our borders, have precedence over anyone overseas that has no claim to residence in the USA?

During former President Obama’s Administration, a bill was introduced that would give religious discrimination rights to possible migrants heading to the US. It’s called The Freedom of Religion Act of 2016, and it states that no immigrant can be denied admission to the USA based on their religion.

NEW BILL WOULD BAN RELIGIOUS DISCRIMINATION IN IMMIGRATION
http://www.newsweek.com/new-bill-would-ban-religious-discrimination-immigration-458722 – via News Week May 11, 2016

The Freedom of Religion Act of 2016 would amend the Immigration and Nationality Act with a new section titled “Prohibition on denying admission because of religion,” which stipulates that “notwithstanding any other provision of the immigration laws, an alien may not be denied admission to the United States because of the alien’s religion or lack of religious beliefs.’’

Concerns about national security are mixing with unchecked anti-Muslim bigotry and fomenting unjust fear and scrutiny of Muslim refugees and immigrants. Sadly, that fear has led some to call for a temporary ban on Muslims immigrating to the U.S., to propose dramatically limiting the number of refugees our nation accepts, and to pursue a host of policies designed to make life difficult for Muslims in America. To close our doors to Muslim immigrants and refugees in need would betray both the First Amendment and our nation’s great history as an open and welcoming land.
Um, no. NewsWeek, you have got it all wrong. Nobody wants to ban Muslims, we want to keep RADICALS out. No one is proposing any policies to oppress Muslims either, so please stop with the fear mongering.

(CNSNews.com) – The House Tuesday passed the Frank R. Wolf International Religious Freedom Act, a bill designed to “advance religious freedom globally,” following approval by the Senate last week and is now headed to the president’s desk.

The bipartisan bill, authored by Rep. Chris Smith (R-N.J.), aims to “advance religious freedom globally through enhanced diplomacy, training, counterterrorism, and foreign assistance efforts, and through stronger and more flexible political responses to religious freedom violations and violent extremism worldwide.”

The legislation requires that the secretary of state “establish and maintain a list of foreign individuals to whom a consular post has denied a visa on the grounds of particularly severe violations of religious freedom” or “who are subject to financial sanctions or other measures for particularly severe violations of freedom religion.”

It also would amend the International Religious Freedom Act of 1998 (IRFA) requiring that the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) “make publicly available, to the extent practicable, online and in official publications, lists of persons it determines are imprisoned or detained, have disappeared, been placed under house arrest, been tortured, or subjected to forced renunciations of faith for their religious activity or religious freedom advocacy by the government of a foreign country that the Commission recommends for designation as a country of particular concern for religious freedom.”
It includes a requirement of international religious freedom training for all Foreign Service Officers and also requires that the Ambassador-at-Large for International Religious Freedom report directly to the secretary of state.

The bill calls for an integration of “United States international religious freedom policies and strategies into the foreign policy efforts of the United States.”

My humble opinion is that everyone should have the freedom to worship or not, in any way they want, as long as it’s not hurting anyone else, and they are not forcing anyone, to do as they do. But we should not be giving rights to people in other countries, and prioritizing these rights above those of our own National Security.

Those that are in agreement with the executive order believe that National Security comes before anything else, so this law, The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952, has precedence over any other, the law states: Section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 states: Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.

(That would imply in regards to what the president deems is in the best interest of the United States of America’s National Security, that ANYTHING GOES. It’s his number one job to keep the U.S. safe. I completely agree.)

The original executive order regarding this “Travel Pause”, was implemented hastily and carelessly. There were many people inconvenienced, scared and negatively affected by it. The President should have included exemptions for those people that already had permissions to be here in the USA, such as visa holders and naturalized citizens etc. Most likely had he done that, a lot less protesting and anger would have accrued. We are told that they eventually clarified that those people were exempt and were handled, then released on a case by case basis.

Administration: Nearly 750 people subjected to travel ban after court order
http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box/320949-reports-nearly-750-people-affected-by-travel-ban-in-hours-after-trumps-order -via The Hill 2-23-17
The federal government said Thursday that 746 people were “detained or processed” during the 27-hour period after a federal judge blocked enforcement of part of President Trump’s travel ban.

The Justice Department on Thursday turned over a list of the names to a group of civil rights attorneys representing plaintiffs suing the Trump administration over the policy.

The lawyers agreed not to make the names public, but a cover letter from the Justice Department obtained by The Hill says “the list includes legal permanent residents.”
The list of names turned over to lawyers also includes travelers with approved refugee applications, valid visa holders and travelers from the seven countries included in the ban who were authorized to enter the U.S….

It’s not clear how many people on the list eventually gained entry into the U.S…….
“Only 109 people out of 325,000 were detained and held for questioning. Big problems at airports were caused by Delta computer outage,” the president tweeted on Jan. 30……

The government said last week in a court filing that 44 people arriving from those seven countries were deemed inadmissible on Jan. 27 and 28, The Associated Press reported, and another 97 people were denied entry at land border ports or pre-clearance locations abroad.

The government said at the time that 24 of those people who arrived at U.S. airports and 14 stopped elsewhere were ultimately admitted.

(It was originally reported that only just over 100 people were detained by the executive order in question and the 750 were sent back to where they came from. I’m not sure what exactly the truth is on that considering I’ve seen conflicting reports from various news sources. If you can find proof of what is actually true, leave me a comment of the link, I would love to add the correct info. (Hopefully the new executive order has all these kinks ironed out now.)

The hasty implementation of the this travel executive order was said to be a “surprise to our enemies,” so not to give them time to pour into the country before it was implemented. That’s a good argument, however not a very good excuse for such a horrible cluster of a process. Considering, because of the questionable legalities, it’s done the opposite of what it was meant to do. As well as the fact that they have been taking their sweet time re-writing a new one. The new one is said to be air tight, however they don’t seem to be in a very big hurry now, since it has a delayed effective date of ten days from now. This is probably because the courts “suggested” that it violated rights of those people who are legal and who needed time to make arrangements before implementation.

Report: 1800 refugees from 7 banned nations have entered US since court lifted Trump’s “travel ban”
http://www.theblaze.com/news/2017/02/26/report-1800-refugees-from-7-banned-nations-have-entered-us-since-court-lifted-trumps-travel-ban/ via The Blaze 2-26-17
Data from the State Department recently revealed that at least 1,800 refugees from the seven Muslim-majority countries targeted by President Donald Trump’s January executive order on immigration and the U.S. refugee resettlement program have entered the United States since the courts lifted the order’s major restrictions.

According to analysis from the Pew Research Center, of those 1,800 refugees, the majority came from Syria, Iraq and Somalia…..

During the first full week of Trump’s presidency (Jan. 21-27), 870 refugees from the restricted countries entered the U.S., accounting for 43% of all refugee admissions during this time. The following week, Jan. 28 to Feb. 3, refugee admissions from the seven restricted countries all but stopped after Trump’s executive order took effect (excluding two refugees from Somalia and Iraq). They then resumed shortly after the federal courts stepped in.

In all, including refugees from countries with no travel restrictions, 6,095 refugees entered the U.S. during Trump’s first month in office (Jan. 21 to Feb. 17), a period that includes the week before he issued the travel order. Among these refugees, a total of 2,778 were Muslims (46%) and 2,610 are Christians (43%).

In total, Pew found that 2,733 refugees — or 45 percent in total — that entered the U.S. during Trump’s first month in office came from one of Trump’s seven targeted Muslim-majority nations.

The Freedom of Religion Act of 2016, that was passed under former President Obama, seems very unConstitutional regarding the security of the American people. The argument that refugees from these FAILED STATE COUNTRIES are protected under our laws is one that has the potential to step on our own citizen’s civil liberties. If we honored rights to everyone around the world under our Constitution before our own people, we are heading down a very dangerous road. These countries do not have records for background checks, it’s not easy to determine who is friendly with America and who maybe is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. This is why we need to improve vetting for these countries and that is the whole purpose of this executive order to begin with. But who would know that after the circus that has been made out of it by the media and Sen. Democrats like Chuck Schumer. (Whom was completely on board with the whole idea just two years ago and there is video proof of him saying so. Nothing has changed since then except for the POTUS.)

Trump’s order is a balm for Christians, not a ban on Muslims
https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.cnn.com/cnn/2017/01/30/opinions/trump-travel-ban-christians-swain-opinion/index.html via CNN January 30, 2017
In the following days, mass hysteria and an onslaught of misleading news reports have falsely depicted the President’s actions as an unconstitutional ban on Muslims entering the United States.

Those who object to the order have missed both the actual content of the executive order and the fact that the seven Muslim nations most affected — Iraq, Iran, Syria, Somalia, Sudan, Libya, and Yemen — were already identified when Congress passed the “Terrorist Travel Prevention Act of 2015.” This act prevented nationals of these countries from traveling to the United States without visas. Muslims from other nations like Indonesia, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia are not subject to Trump’s 90-day restriction. Therefore, it is not a Muslim ban.

“In order to protect Americans, the United States must ensure that those admitted to this country do not bear hostile attitudes toward it and its founding principles. The United States cannot, and should not, admit those who do not support the Constitution, or those who would place violent ideologies over American law. In addition, the United States should not admit those who engage in acts of bigotry or hatred (including “honor” killings, other forms of violence against women, or the persecution of those who practice religions different from their own) or those who would oppress Americans of any race, gender, or sexual orientation.”

Some people argue that restricting refugees from Syria and other terrorist sponsoring nations is heartless because many of the persons admitted are women and children. However, there is a serious problem with this argument: there are more male than female refugees. As Megan McArdle of Bloomberg highlights, Europe’s immigration statistics have shown that only 27 percent of refugees were female in 2015. Additionally, jihadists groups have increasingly used women and children to carry out attacks. Women bombers have been successful because they can get closer to their targets, as they are considered less suspicious. Thus, it makes perfect sense for our government to strongly vet all Muslim immigrants, including the women and children.

President Trump has also been condemned for signaling he will give priority to persecuted religious minorities in the Middle East, which means admitting higher numbers of Christian and Yazidi refugees fleeing beheadings, drownings, and other forms of mass torture. Some critics have mistakenly argued that religion should not be a factor in refugee admissions. However, as attorney David French points out, “Religious considerations are by law part of refugee policy. And it is entirely reasonable to give preference… to members of minority religions.”

Elliott Abrams, a senior fellow for Middle Eastern Studies at the Council on Foreign Relations, argued that it was almost impossible for a Christian refugee to escape Syria. According to Abrams, although 10 percent of all Syrians are Christian, only one-half of 1 percent of the refugees admitted to the US by fall of 2016 were Christian.

THE U.S. BARS CHRISTIAN, NOT MUSLIM, REFUGEES FROM SYRIA

The United States takes refugee referrals from the U.N. refugee camps in Jordan, and there are no Christians there.

Here’s the Fox excerpt:

Experts say another reason for the lack of Christians in the makeup of the refugees is the makeup of the camps. Christians in the main United Nations refugee camp in Jordan are subject to persecution, they say, and so flee the camps, meaning they are not included in the refugees referred to the U.S. by the U.N.

“The Christians don’t reside in those camps because it is too dangerous,” Shea said. “They are preyed upon by other residents from the Sunni community, and there is infiltration by ISIS and criminal gangs.”

“They are raped, abducted into slavery and they are abducted for ransom. It is extremely dangerous; there is not a single Christian in the Jordanian camps for Syrian refugees,” Shea said.

The solution would be to allow Christians, and other religious minorities, to apply directly for refugee status, not through the U.N. U.S. Senator Tom Cotton has introduced legislation doing just that.

Genocide of Christians by ISIL (ISIS)
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Genocide_of_Christians_by_ISIL
The genocide of Christians by ISIL refers to the genocide[10][11][12] of Christian minorities, within its region of control in Iraq, Syria and Libya by the Islamic extremist group Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL). Persecution of Christian minorities climaxed following its takeover of parts of Northern Iraq in June 2014.[13]

According to US diplomat Alberto M. Fernandez, “While the majority of victims in the conflict raging in Syria and Iraq have been Muslims, Christians have borne a heavy burden given their small numbers.”[14]

On February 3, 2016, the European Union recognized the persecution of Christians by Islamic State in Syria as genocide.[15][16][17][18]The vote was unanimous. The United States followed suit on March 15, 2016, in declaring these atrocities as genocide.[19] The vote was unanimous.[20] On April 20, 2016, British Parliament voted unanimously to denounce the actions as genocide.[21] A similar motion however failed in Canada when it was opposed by the majority of PM Justin Trudeau’s Liberal Party.[22]
Christians are being beheaded on sight, raped and tortured, because of their religion and because they won’t submit to Radical Islam. They should have precedence as well should Jews, gays, transgender, women, children, Yazidi and any other minority group/race/religion in the region, because these are the people most vulnerable. These are the people that are dealing with life or death if they don’t find safety.

Boston Judge Unblocks Trump Travel Ban, Asks “Where Does It Say Muslim Countries?”

“The language in Section 5 of the EO is neutral with respect to religion,

“The provisions of Section 5, however, could be invoked to give preferred refugee status to a Muslim individual in a country that is predominately Christian. Nothing in Section 5 compels a finding that Christians are preferred to any other group.”

STATE VERSUS FEDERAL POWER TO REGULATE IMMIGRATION – Nov. 14, 2007
https://www.cga.ct.gov/2007/rpt/2007-R-0621.htm
Many, but not all, state laws addressing immigration are preempted by federal law. The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that the federal government has broad and exclusive power to regulate immigration, preempting state and local laws that also attempt to do so. In this context, state regulation of immigration means a state law or local ordinance that makes a determination of who should or should not be admitted into the country and the conditions under which a legal entrant may remain. State laws that tangentially affect immigration, such as employment licensing laws that can be revoked for violations of federal immigration laws, are expressly permissible.

Sorry, Governors: The Decision To Let In Refugees Isn’t Really Up To You
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/syrian-refugees-governors_us_564a4fbce4b08cda348a32c2 via Huffington Post 11-16-15
The Supreme Court has repeatedly reaffirmed that the Constitution vests the federal government — and not the states — with “power over immigration, naturalization and deportation.”…..

The key statute here is the Refugee Act of 1980, as noted by ThinkProgress’ Ian Millhiser. That 1980 law declared it to be “the historic policy of the United States to respond to the urgent needs of persons subject to persecution in their homelands.” It gave the president broad power to handle an “unforeseen emergency refugee situation,” such as one involving “grave humanitarian concerns.”…..

“The decision to let a particular person into the United States or exclude them is up to the federal government,” said César Cuauhtémoc García Hernández, a visiting professor at the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law who writes extensively on immigration law. “There’s no question about that.”

“The Government of the United States has broad, undoubted power over the subject of immigration and the status of aliens,” wrote Justice Anthony Kennedy……

Specifically, once a refugee is cleared for admission into the United States, federal law renders his or her presence lawful, and under the 14th Amendment, the individual is protected against a blanket policy that singles out people based on national origin.

Government wants appeal of travel ban put on hold

For more than a century – literally, since 1901 – the Supreme Court has been attempting to sort out when the Constitution applies outside the borders of the nation. In a series of rulings in the first two decades of the 20th Century, now known together as the Insular Cases, the court ruled that residents of U.S. territories beyond the mainland did not enjoy all of the rights guaranteed by the Constitution, but could expect to be protected by the most fundamental guarantees. The process of picking and choosing has continued since then, and the results have been mixed.

Islam was Banned from the USA in 1952 but You’re Not Supposed to Know It!

The Immigration and Nationality Act passed June 27, 1952 revised the laws relating to immigration, naturalization and nationality for the United States.

That Act, which became Public Law 414, established both the law and the intent of Congress regarding the immigration of aliens to the US and remains in effect today.

Among the many issues it covers, one in particular found in Chapter 2, Section 212, is the prohibition of entry into the US if the alien belongs to an organization seeking to overthrow the government of the United States by force, violence or by other unconstitutional means.”

In my opinion, our citizens and the people already here in our country come first. You can’t help anyone, if you don’t help yourself first. By improving our vetting process and fixing our own procedures, it only makes us stronger and better able to help those who are coming here to make a better life and escape the horrors of religious persecution and in many cases death. However we can’t have that chaos following them and being brought here.
Some of the other concerns of the legalities and intentions of an executive order of this context from the Trump Administration include:
‘Presidential Candidate Trump’ mentioned implementation of a muslim ban during the presidential campaign. (Although I’m not completely clear about the context of it, BUT I DO KNOW that President Trump realizes the difference between a Radical Islamic Extremist and a peaceful Muslim.) I also KNOW that the reason for this executive order is for the safety of the American people not to ban Muslims. The Muslims that are affected by this order are coming from FAILED STATES, (Contries with no governments or government records of their citizens. This is why a more sound vetting process for these countries is needed.)

7 countries were not the countries that were involved in 9-11, although they were predetermined by the previous administration and are failed states with no governments. Therefore they do not keep records of citizens for background checks.

Concerns that the omitted countries may be related Concernsto business ties with the Trump brand, and that’s why they weren’t included Although just because they aren’t including them now, doesn’t mean they won’t be added in the future. The countries on the list are failed states with no governments or records of their people, so background checks are virtually impossible. Not to mention the information we have about these countries, is not necessarily all the intel that the president has on them. He is privy to much more information. . Although just because they aren’t including them now doesn’t mean they won’t be added in the future. The countries on the list are failed states with no governments or records of their people so background checks are virtually impossible.

Procedural due process claims, which guarantee that people receive advance notice and an opportunity to be heard before they are deprived of liberty or property. (Which is now fixed with this 10 day delay of the new executive order.). Which has been taken care of in the new executive order.

Chuck Schumer Agrees with the travel pause back in 2015.

Please take note of his refugee “props”. It makes me very angry when people accuse others of things they have done themselves.

Immigration explained with gumballs. We can help more people by helping them where they are rather than uprooting them and bring them here.
